We use sunshine to to dry our seaweed. Solar drying produces the highest quality seaweed by preserving the highest level of nutrients. No fossil fuels required. Our facility is almost totally powered by solar energy. Also, as a farmed seaweed producers, we avoid the destruction to wild populations our wild harvest competitors are causing.

We are the leaders in domestic seaweed. We are certified organic which assures our seaweed is grown away from sources of pollution. We have the lowest carbon emissions by far of any producer. We hand harvest and process our seaweeds to a standard of excellence that other can only aspire to.

Our blueberry powder is Maine grown, USDA Organic, and grown by small family farmers. Maine blueberries are special. Smaller berries than bush grown blueberries concetrate nutrients and anti-oxidants.
